Shari Frazier

I am a dedicated advocate for Lee’s Summit, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for public service to my campaign for City Council District 2.

With a background in Public Health and years of service at the CDC, and the VA implementing patient care and privacy, I understand the importance of informed decision-making and community representation. I was born and raised in Kansas City in the Hickman Mills School District and now reside in Bridlewood, I am deeply connected to the heart of the Lee’s Summit community and committed to its future. I am a mentor in Project Management at STA, and I attend city council meetings regularly to stay up on what’s going on in the Lee’s Summit Community.

I am also a proud mom of an 18 year old son, who is currently attending Mizzou, and majoring in Urban planning  and Digital Story telling. My family has a long history of serving in the community and our country. My father served in the police force and in Vietnam and my brother and sister served in the military as well.

Shari Frazier holds a master’s degree and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her campaign for Lee’s Summit City Council District 2. Additionally, her son’s passion for Urban Planning and Digital Storytelling at Mizzou reflects Shari’s commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders and innovators in our community.

With a family history of service, including her father’s time in law enforcement and her siblings’ military service, Shari understands the importance of dedication and commitment to our community.
